We are a fast-growing software-as-a-service(SaaS) company, with offices in Denver and Atlanta, delivering smart logistics optimization software to large enterprises and logistics companies. Our digital transport management system (TMS) was founded in New Zealand, and is currently in a rapid phase of growth, with offices in Auckland (NZ), Melbourne (AUS) and two here in America.

We are looking for a graduate to join our team. You will start off by learning our platform thoroughly, then work with assisting customers on usage of our software, document platform features and enhancements, work with our development team on implementing changes and testing, and assist on projects as required.

Key Tasks:

• Understand our software platform

• Suggest enhancements to software to improve customer experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and online chats to support customers

• Project assistance for software implementations, new feature development and testing

Skills and Experience Preferred:

• Engineering, SoftwareEngineering, Computer Science or Data Science degree preferred

• Independent, proactive and task orientated

• Friendly with the ability torelate well to people

• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills are required

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced environment

• Good computer literacy (Excel,Word)
